When I completed my studies as a Civil and Water Engineer, my choices were broad as I ventured into the professional world. Since we invest so much time and energy in our work, it was crucial for me to enjoy the work environment, culture, and colleagues. Since 2015 I have been working at Tenant & Partner where I have the privilege of helping our clients create a more inspiring and meaningful work life.
It's not always easy to explain what I actually do. It's challenging to summarise a workweek where I have performed travel time analyses, lease negotiations, workshops for space flows, review of construction documents, property inspections, selection of interior design, relocation planning, and all the work that lies hidden behind. It can't be neatly summarised, and that's precisely why I love my professional life.
I have an incredible variety of tasks both daily and over the course of a project, and I find it so enjoyable to follow and get to know a client from the initial needs analysis to blowing up balloons for the grand opening.
When I'm not project managing during work hours, there's always a (or several) projects at home. Most often, some form of renovation, party planning, or searching for the best tips for an upcoming trip.
