Hello,
My name is Tomas Götesson, and I've been working as a Workplace Strategist and Change Manager at Tenant & Partner since 2021. I have many years of experience in the office industry, where I've designed hundreds of offices, both large and small. I have a passion for offices and contributing to creating a better, more inspiring, and attractive work environment for people. So when the opportunity arose to focus more on how people wanted to work in the office, I seized it without hesitation.
With a background as a nurse, I now help people and businesses develop, educate, inspire, and realize well-adapted office environments tailored to their unique operations. I understand the opportunities that a good work environment can create, and I am incredibly proud and humbled to contribute my knowledge, solutions, and inspiration so that organisations can achieve their dreams and goals.
When I'm not working at Tenant & Partner, I enjoy spending time at our country house with my spouse and our miniature poodle Maja. There, we can pick mushrooms and berries, take a dip in the tub, or simply relax by the fireplace. Otherwise, my favorite destinations (at the moment) are sailing in Croatia and exploring the countless vineyards and breathtaking nature of South Africa.
