I have been working at Tenant & Partner in Stockholm since 2022. Surrounded by driven and competent colleagues and in a modern business and corporate culture based on self-leadership, I grow and develop every day, both professionally and personally.
At Tenant & Partner, I am active in both the Relocation/Establishment and FM (Facility Management) business areas. Within the area of relocation and establishment, I work on relocation and establishment projects, serving as the tenant's representative during the construction process. I provide support in planning, relocation, space adaptation, interior procurement, as well as in reorganisation projects. In FM, I work on providing support and advice on all types of FM issues, strategic procurement, and ensuring that the office's working environment and service delivery align with the brand and corporate culture.
I perceive Tenant & Partner as a company with a creative, innovative, and permissive corporate culture. Those of us working at Tenant & Partner receive significant trust and responsibility, work without prestige, and successfully manage to keep both the customer and the employee in focus. We actively work on our physical and mental well-being through ongoing training in self-leadership and mindfulness.
In my free time, I kayak and engage in running during the summer months, while practicing yoga and skiing during the winter months. Having lived abroad for many years in cities like Paris, London, Milan, and Liguria, I enjoy spending my free time in my beloved Italy. I studied art history when I was younger, so art, antiques, culture, and architecture are now my major interests.
