I have worked as a project manager since 2003 and in 2008I started at Tenant & Partner. However, it feels like I've worked for several different companies over the years. How come?
Every project is unique, every client is unique, and every relationship is unique. I often work in long projects where I get to know both the company and the people who work there very well. It sometimes feels like I'm working for the company we're in a project with. So, I represent Tenant & Partner, and this is where I am based, but I work together with many other companies daily.
In my professional role, I meet people every day, in various organisations, who in one way or another are facing a change. The close work with our customers, architects and other partners contributes to my daily development. Our projects often last for several years, so we work closely with our customers, both strategically and operationally. We are moving towards our common goal where the finalised workplace meets the employees' expectations and creates conditions for a pleasant and developing environment full of collaborations and opportunities.
I have been at Tenant & Partner for a long time and one of the reasons is that we are a tight group of friends who are always there for each other, here we develop, laugh together, air challenges, and support each other. Here I feel safe and here I can be the best version of myself.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love cooking, and travelling, and I won't turn down a game of tennis if someone asks.
