I have been working at Tenant and Partner since the spring of 2015, primarily focusing on our relocation and establishment projects. I find it to be a fantastically enjoyable and inspiring job that offers a great deal of variety. Over the years, I have worked on both large and small projects, collaborating with organisations from entirely different industries. What I enjoy most is the meetings with new people from diverse backgrounds and roles, as well as contributing to the development of workplaces. Moreover, I feel privileged to work in an organisation that provides significant opportunities for development and, with its trust in its employees, enables flexibility where work and private life can coexist.
As a project manager for our establishment projects, my role involves guiding our clients through the establishment process, from the signing of the lease agreement until the business is settled. In between, I ensure that the lease agreement is realised, our client gets the agreed-upon premises, and that the timeline and budget are adhered to. I drive the overall project forward and ensure progress in each sub-project. This is to ensure a seamless transition for the business at the time of relocation. Often, I lead one or more of the sub-projects, which may include everything from planning and procurement of technology and furnishings to ensuring that the physical move is planned, contracted, and executed.
In my free time, I mostly spend time with my partner and two children. We enjoy traveling and engaging in fun outings. If I have a little time to spare, I like to spend it dreaming about and planning for interior design or small projects in our house or garden, and sometimes I even find time for painting, which I hope to make more room for in the future.
