More about Malin
I joined Tenant & Partner after completing my master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. In my role as consultant within Tenant Representation, I act as the tenant’s independent adviser. I support organisations throughout the entire process relating to their premises – from analysing operational needs, mapping the market and finding the right premises, to developing strategies and leading lease negotiations.
What makes my working day enjoyable and meaningful is meeting a wide range of people and having the opportunity to make a real difference to our clients’ organisations. At the same time, I am more than happy to immerse myself in complex contractual matters and large Excel spreadsheets, working through budgets and floor areas.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, usually over a good meal or during a games night. I have a keen interest in sport and follow everything from the NHL to Formula 1. As a former football player, I also follow the various football leagues with great enthusiasm. In addition, I am passionate about travelling and discovering new cultures, and I have done a fair amount of backpacking over the years.
