More about Lisa
I have been a part of Team Göteborg at Tenant & Partner since 2022. I am driven by responsibility, a desire to solve problems, and the opportunity to influence with positive energy in the stages of change.
The most enjoyable aspect of my job is the feeling that we are doing things together. Colleagues, customers, collaborators, and suppliers — in our projects, we strive to become strong teams and solve tasks together. Challenges are easier to handle, and success is more enjoyable to celebrate when we do it together.
At Tenant & Partner, I am primarily involved in the relocation and establishment business area, where I handle tenant-related matters, from the signing of the lease contract to the completion of the move-in. I ensure, for example, that the premises are built according to the agreement in new construction or renovation, handle the procurement of technical installations, and purchase interior furnishings. Throughout this process, I use all available means to encourage sustainable choices, as it is something I personally, and Tenant & Partner, are dedicated to in our projects.
In my free time, I take care of my family, myself, and the garden. I love to stay active and enjoy gymnastics on the lawn, skiing in high mountains, as well as paddleboarding and mountain biking with the neighborhood gang. I prefer outdoor workouts, but on Monday lunchtime, you can find me at Friskis together with the rest of the Gothenburg team!
