More about Karl-Oscar
My name is Karl-Oscar Nilsson and I work in Tenant Representation at Tenant & Partner. Following my studies in Real Estate Economics and several years working as a real estate agent, I have been advising occupiers since 2018. Over the years, I have been involved in every stage of the property journey, from workplace analysis and strategy to negotiations and implementation.
What I value most about my work is the combination of business, strategy and people. I am particularly passionate about negotiations and motivated by creating solutions that deliver genuine value and long term flexibility for our clients. Often, it is the small details that make the greatest difference over time.
What attracted me to Tenant & Partner was the people and the company culture. There is a high level of expertise, a strong sense of community and a clear focus on creating value for clients. I believe the best results are achieved when we bring together different perspectives and work collaboratively towards a shared goal.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising and watching great films. One slightly unexpected interest of mine is going to the cinema on my own, which I find to be the perfect way to switch off from everyday life and immerse myself in a compelling story.
