I have worked in Stockholm at Tenant & Partner since 2016. The most enjoyable aspect of my job is meeting and working with so many different people on various projects, both large and small. It energises me to collaborate with diverse and competent colleagues, and customers facing new challenges, and, above all, to contribute to creating a better workplace for so many people. I work within the business area of Tenant Representation, where I have a wide range of tasks.
I am primarily involved in the early stages of a project where, together with my colleagues, I analyze the customer's needs and work processes to establish a real estate strategy, often done through workshops with the management team. I identify suitable real estate options available in the market, and together with the customer and property owner, define and specify requirements by driving negotiations until a signed agreement is reached.
Tenant & Partner is a company and workplace with a fantastic culture that genuinely cares about its employees; we are like one big family. We have an open and enjoyable atmosphere. When we are not working, we engage in activities such as training, mindfulness, and self-leadership.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. We like to stay active, often spending time on our road bikes outdoors when the weather permits. Otherwise, we have trainers to cycle indoors. If time allows, we also appreciate being in nature and may visit various running tracks.
