More about Ellen
I have worked at Tenant & Partner since 2014 and have been involved in virtually all aspects of our offering since then. Something I have personally appreciated over the years is that no day is the same as the other. I also appreciate being part of an organisation where I have the opportunity to develop as an individual, in my professional role, and at the same time, be part of a community that is helping shape the future of the workplace.
Over the years, I have worked closely with both large and small companies that, for various reasons, are looking to review their office situation. I am driven by relationships and business, and I believe that it is possible to have a "both-and" perspective, such as being able to have a relevant rental cost and offering employees an attractive workplace. This also fits well in our internal context at T&P, being able to work hard and have a healthy and inspiring workday.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time chauffeuring my children to various activities but also on personal interests such as cooking (I'm happy to serve ramen or Moroccan dishes) and playing soccer when I have the time.
If there's anything that particularly makes me happy, it's encountering a new problem or a new situation that I can contribute to solving in a better way.
