The best thing about my job is that we make a difference! We get to help businesses and organisations develop and become better at what they do. Becoming more relevant and sustainably successful. Developing workplaces is about making the workplace – and the physical office – a means to develop the entire operation and achieve goals. Moreover, it can be about eliminating friction and removing obstacles.
I have worked on developing workplaces throughout my professional life, and I have been involved in developing Tenant & Partner practically from its first tentative steps. That's why it's especially delightful to see where we are now – a comprehensive organisation with lots of wonderful, competent colleagues.
And it feels like the journey has just begun!
