I have been a part of Team Göteborg at Tenant & Partner since 2021. The most enjoyable aspect of my job is meeting all the people - getting to know new clients and gaining insight into how their operations work, as well as working with my fun and competent colleagues who always give me energy.
At Tenant & Partner, I am primarily involved in the relocation and establishment business area, where I handle tenant-related matters from the signing of the lease contract to the completion of the move-in. I ensure, for example, that the premises are built according to the agreement in new construction or renovation, handle the procurement of technical installations, and purchase interior furnishings. I make sure that all walls are painted in the right color and that both new and existing furniture is in the right place. I arrange balloons and say hello to all employees on their first day in their new office (the secret is that there must be coffee and wifi - the rest will sort itself out!).
Tenant & Partner is a company with a wonderful corporate culture. Those of us who work here are a competent, down-to-earth, and engaged group that contributes to making it fun to go to work. Both our physical and mental well-being are valued - we have several joint training sessions scheduled every week and get to attend courses in both self-leadership and mindfulness. In my free time, I enjoy cooking (preferably from my favorite chef Yotam Ottolenghi), taking forest walks, and winter bathing. I have a keen interest in architecture and interior design and always have several home projects underway - from sewing a curtain to wallpapering a room. I am happiest in southern France, so if my wifi is shaky and the picture is blurry during a Teams meeting, it's possible that I've connected from a coastal town on the Mediterranean.
