More about Camilla
I have worked as a Project Manager at Tenant & Partner since 2022 and have been certified in IPMA since 2018. I am based at our office in Gothenburg but have many ongoing projects in various locations in Sweden. The most enjoyable aspect of my job is meeting incredibly competent people—partly through various networks but also through all the projects I have the privilege to work on.
At Tenant & Partner, I am primarily involved in the Relocation and Establishment business area, where I mostly function as an overall Project Manager and Tenant Representative from the signing of the lease agreement until the move-in is completed. I have the overall responsibility for time and budget, goals, and effects. Together with a project team and the client, we ensure that the premises are completed according to the agreement in new or refurbished constructions. I handle the procurement of technical installations such as IT, AV, and security, as well as purchasing furniture. I make sure that all walls are painted in the right color and that both new and existing furniture are in the right place. In all my projects, we always have a strong focus on sustainability—economically, socially, and environmentally—to minimize our footprint and contribute to a better environment.
Tenant & Partner is a company with a great corporate culture. Those of us who work here are incredibly competent and engaged. There is a strong focus on our physical and mental well-being—we have several training sessions scheduled together every week and can take courses in both self-leadership and mindfulness. Our common goal is for everyone to feel good at work. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I often attend concerts and I am very active, exercising every day. I play a lot of golf in spring and summer, mixed with walks, running, yoga, and the gym. In autumn and winter, I engage in Padel. Traveling is something I've done since I was little, preferably to warm destinations with sun and sea, mixed with training, of course.
See you! Warm regards, Camilla
