Welcome to Tenant & Partner Naõmi Renssen
We are happy to introduce our new colleague Naõmi Renssen who will be working from Utrecht in the Netherlands!
Naõmi have been studying bachelor Business Management at Avans Hogeschool in Den Bosch. During the study time she worked on various projects related to topic such as logistics, process optimalization, internal business efficiency, market analysis and performance management. Among others she worked as an intern in a change management project at the headquarters of Vattenfall in Solna. During this period, she had a Swedish fika with Tenant & Partner at the Stockholm office, she loved the atmosphere and knew that she would love to work at Tenant & Partner one day.
What do you do in your spare time? Things that make you happy?
I really love to be active outside in nature! I love to race bike, take a run or a walk, practice yoga, hike, skate, etc. Sometimes I find it even more fun to be active together with others and therefore I´m member of the Triathlon association in Utrecht. The diversity within Triathlon is what I enjoy about the sport, and I get energetic from setting new training goals.
Furthermore, I like to hang out with my family and my friends, I like to cook and bake and off course, enjoy eating them with my boyfriend. I love to arrange get-together moments with good conversations and a lot of laughs.
How are you enjoying Tenant &Partner so far?
I already feel very welcome at Tenant & Partner, thanks to you all for making me feel comfortable. I have spoken a lot to my new colleagues, and I feel more and more connected to what we are doing. I’m happy to have joined Tenant & Partner and looking forward to work together with my new colleagues and our partners!
What are you dreaming of?
I like to visualize the (near) future and this are some of my dreams:
- Running a marathon
- Travel and explore the nature and different cultures e.g. visit Costa Rica and Panama and a tour through North India
- Hiking (a long trail in America, in Austria and/or the Italian Dolimites)
- Learning how to kitesurf
- Buying a house in the silent nature and design it from scratch
- Learning to play a music instrument
